Inspirado pelas sinuosas montanhas de Ubatuba, este edifício nasce do encontro entre lugar e gesto — uma construção que interroga o relevo, o horizonte, a luz. Nas varandas, as piscinas em zigue-zague não se impõem: elas se dobram ao contorno, reinterpretam o movimento da paisagem. O lazer aqui não é ornamento — é gesto; não é espelho d’água apenas — é retirada de horizonte, fragmento do relevo convertido em arquitetura.
Vinte e sete residências compõem o edifício com rigor de proporção e generosidade de espaço. As coberturas se abrem ao céu, suspendem os limites visuais, convidam a paisagem a entrar. O térreo, permeável, ativo, alia-se à cidade em diálogo paciente; aos transeuntes, aos vizinhos, à vida urbana. Ele não se fecha — oferece-se, doa-se, integra-se.
Em cada apartamento, a vista do mar dissolve a linha entre interior e exterior. O desenho é claro, sereno, exige silêncio para se entender: luz que atravessa, vidro que reflete, vento que circula. Sofisticação não é afetação; é clareza no traço, economia no gesto, essência no espaço.
O VIW Ubatuba deixa de ser mero abrigo — torna-se testemunho. Foi concebido para viver a geografia: celebrar a luz, o vento, o horizonte à beira-mar. Nele, arquitetura se confunde com paisagem; não se representa o litoral — é o litoral que habita o edifício.

Inspired by the winding mountains of Ubatuba, this building is born from the encounter between place and gesture—a construction that interrogates the terrain, the horizon, and the light. On the balconies, the zigzagging pools do not impose themselves: they bow to the contours, reinterpreting the movement of the landscape. Here, leisure is not an ornament—it is a gesture; it is not merely a reflecting pool—it is an extraction of the horizon, a fragment of the relief converted into architecture.
Twenty-seven residences compose the building with rigorous proportion and generous space. The penthouses open to the sky, suspending visual boundaries and inviting the landscape to enter. The ground floor—permeable and active—aligns itself with the city in a patient dialogue; with passersby, neighbors, and urban life. It does not close itself off—it offers itself, gives of itself, and integrates.
In every apartment, the sea view dissolves the line between interior and exterior. The design is clear and serene, demanding silence to be understood: light that pierces through, glass that reflects, wind that circulates. Sophistication is not affectation; it is clarity of line, economy of gesture, and the essence of space.
VIW Ubatuba ceases to be mere shelter—it becomes a testament. It was conceived to live the geography: to celebrate the light, the wind, and the seaside horizon. Within it, architecture merges with landscape; the coast is not merely represented—it is the coast itself that inhabits the building.
